Fill out our Booking Request Form. Share your ideal travel dates, the number of travelers, your budget, and which destinations spark your interest (e.g., Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Zanzibar). The more details, the better!

Step 2: Design Your Custom Itinerary

Within 24 hours, one of our safari experts will contact you. We will work together to craft a bespoke itinerary. This includes hand-picking accommodations, planning game drives, and organizing any extra activities like a hot air balloon or a village tour.

Step 3: Secure Your Slots with a Deposit

Once you are 100% happy with your personalized itinerary, we will send you a final quote. To lock in your preferred dates and lodge reservations, we require a small deposit (typically between 10-40%, depending on high season). We accept secure credit card payments, bank transfers, and cash.

Step 4: Pack Your Bags & Go!

After your deposit is confirmed, we handle the rest. We will send you a comprehensive pre-safari guide with packing tips and visa info. Upon your arrival in Tanzania, our team will greet you with a warm smile, and the adventure of a lifetime begins.
